  We carry out comprehensive process consultations in food companies. This includes the recording, analysis and restructuring of processes with regard to safety, efficiency and practicality. We always take into account the individual operational conditions and the relevant certification requirements. We are also at your side during the creation, evaluation and adaptation of your crisis management and self-control system.

  Through internal audits, we provide you with professional, objective and goal-oriented support in the introduction, maintenance and development of certifications and self-control systems.   We offer training on food safety, HACCP, risk and hazard analysis, food law, certifications, infection control and more. Quant is officially recognised as a training provider for IFS and BRC and is the exclusive provider of VLOG training. We offer on-site and online training, and if requested, we can provide training directly at your company.

• Certification systems

  Quant supports and accompanies you in the introduction and implementation of various standards such as IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000 or VLOG. We advise you on the selection of the right standard for your company. In addition, we offer training for your employees and managers to implement the requirements in practice.
