Quant Qualitätssicherung GmbH (Quant for short) was founded in Fulda in 2004.
As a consulting company, we are operating in all areas of food processing and food trade. Whether craft business, industrial food manufacturer, retailers, gastronomy or hotel industry - whenever food and hygiene are involved, we stand by our customers' side.
As our slogan "Quant - Quality with Guarantee" shows, the quality and safety of food is our passion. Theoretical constructs such as hygiene regulations, HACCP and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) are implemented in practice with us. We are committed to individual solutions that fit the respective company exactly.
Our offer is complemented by our expertise in the area of food law, in the various certification systems (e.g. IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000) and in the area of analytics via the Tentamus Group.

In order to provide our customers with the best service, we pursue the goal of offering quality assurance from one source. Therefore, our consulting offer is completed by auditing (e.g. hygiene inspections, IFS Global Market Assessments, internal audits...) and a versatile training programme (e.g. hygiene, internal auditor and VLOG). With the constantly growing Tentamus Academy, we offer a training programme for the various participants and topics in the industry.
The focus of our work is on the German-speaking region, but we also support our customers worldwide if required.
Our team is made up of practitioners from various professions and seasoned academics from different food disciplines.
Many years of experience in a variety of companies, knowledge of the current market and legal situation as well as research results ensure our high level of competence in the food sector.
