Hygiene Training
A firm understanding of hygiene by staff is elementary in all areas of food processing and handling. Therefore, periodic hygiene training is a necessity.
We offer hygiene training in accordance with Regulation (EU) 852/2004 and follow-up training in accordance with the Infection Protection Act §43. The training provides employees with a basic understanding of good food hygiene practice and provides an update on the legal situation and specific potential hazards.
Target group:
Our hygiene training courses are aimed at all employees who prepare, produce or handle food. Food manufacturers, supermarkets, butchers, day-care centres or restaurants are just a few examples where hygiene plays a central role.
Training Content
- Basics of microbiology (Microorganisms, Pathogens)
- Important legal requirements
- Documentation and traceability
- Personal hygiene
- Cleaning and sanitising
- Prevention and control of pests
- Good hygiene practice in the flow of goods(goods receipt, preparation, production, issue, distribution)
- Follow-up training in accordance with §43 Infection Protection Act
