Hygiene­ Training

A firm understanding of hygiene by staff is elementary in all areas of food processing and handling. Therefore, periodic hygiene training is a necessity.

We offer hygiene training in accordance with Regulation (EU) 852/2004 and follow-up training in accordance with the Infection Protection Act §43. The training provides employees with a basic understanding of good food hygiene practice and provides an update on the legal situation and specific potential hazards.

Target group:
Our hygiene training courses are aimed at all employees who prepare, produce or handle food. Food manufacturers, supermarkets, butchers, day-care centres or restaurants are just a few examples where hygiene plays a central role.

Training Content

  • Basics of micro­bi­ology (Microor­gan­isms, Pathogens)
  • Impor­tant legal requirements
  • Docu­men­ta­tion and traceability
  • Personal hygiene
  • Cleaning and sanitising
  • Preven­tion and control of pests
  • Good hygiene prac­tice in the flow of goods(goods receipt, prepa­ra­tion, produc­tion, issue, distribution)
  • Follow-up training in accor­dance with §43 Infec­tion Protec­tion Act
By taking part in this training course, you will fulfil the legal require­ments for regular hygiene training and receive the follow-up training required by §43 of the Infec­tion Protec­tion Act.
